By law, you must be 18 years of age to purchase CBD products. Why do we have two different categories for the Canada and USA. The Federal Government of Canada regulates the sale of all Cannabis cannabinoids under the Cannabis Act. So THC, which get you high, and CBD which does not get you high and is used medicinal purposes are all restricted and only companies with a Cannabis license can sell them. So we are not allowed to advertise specific CBD products but we do advertise the companies that sell the products. In the USA, the government regulates THC, but not CBD so for customers in the USA we can list both the companies and all the CBD based products.
